Delete your DrawHatha account

Delete in the app

1. Open DrawHatha and sign in.
2. Go to Settings and tap Delete Account (회원탈퇴).
3. Choose a reason and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted right away. You are signed out and cannot restore them.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app, email radio941016@gmail.com from the email address of your Google, Apple, or Kakao sign-in, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account, email address, and nickname
• Every practice journal entry, including notes, poses, body focus, state of mind, and photos
• Your chakra canvases, sketchbooks, and earned resources
• Reminders, notification settings, and registered devices
• Your survey answers

What is kept

• Purchase records (product, amount, date, transaction number) are kept for 5 years, as Korean e-commerce law requires. They are no longer linked to your name or email.
• Database backups taken before maintenance may still contain your data until they are deleted, within 90 days.
• Analytics and crash reports in Google Analytics for Firebase and Sentry are kept under those services’ retention settings. They do not contain your name or email.

회원탈퇴 안내 (한국어)

앱에서 설정 → 회원탈퇴 를 누르면 계정과 모든 수련 기록 · 사진 · 캔버스 · 스케치북 · 자원이 즉시 삭제됩니다. 앱을 열 수 없다면 로그인에 쓴 이메일로 radio941016@gmail.com 에 “계정 삭제 요청” 을 보내 주세요. 30일 안에 삭제합니다. 결제 기록만 전자상거래법에 따라 5년간 이름과 이메일 없이 보관됩니다.
