DrawHatha

Your yoga energy,
connected to daily life.

DrawHatha is a yoga journaling app for iOS: after each practice you log what you did and how it felt in about a minute, and every pose you record belongs to one of seven chakras, gradually filling that chakra's canvas into a visual sketchbook of your practice.

Our Story

Built from a personal practice

DrawHatha was born from a simple question: why is it so hard to remember how yoga actually felt? We had session logs, streak counters, and pose libraries — but nothing that captured the essence of a practice.

The idea was simple: log your body and mind state after each session, and let the record surface patterns you could not see yourself. Map each pose to its chakra, paint every entry onto a canvas, and reward consistency with a growing sketchbook — and suddenly yoga becomes a living, visual journal.

DrawHatha is built for practitioners who want to go deeper than counting reps or tracking minutes. It is for those who believe that yoga is not just physical — it is energetic, emotional, and creative.

Who writes this

DrawHatha Editorial

The pose library, chakra guides, and blog are written by the developer-practitioner team behind the app, drawing on daily practice and the hatha tradition. Pose pages describe alignment and intent, not medical guidance — please practice within your own limits and consult a professional for injuries or conditions.

Philosophy

How DrawHatha works

📓
Record

Log Your Practice

After each yoga session, record how your body and mind feel. Small observations, consistently captured, reveal powerful patterns.

Discover

Discover Your Chakra

Every pose you log belongs to one of seven chakras. Your weekly chakra report shows where your practice has been landing — hips, chest, head — so you can adjust.

🌱
Grow

Watch Your Art Emerge

Seven entries complete one chakra canvas, and seven canvases complete a sketchbook. Your consistency literally becomes art you can look back on.
